Already missing the “To All the Boys” series?

There’s a new way for you to relive the series–aside from re-reading Jenny Han‘s books and re-watching the films, try playing the To All the Boys-inspired game in the Spotlight app. Experience what it’s like to be Lara Jean Covey’s best friend who just returned home to Portland after staying in London for years!

Spotlight app

To play the game, download the Spotlight app on Google Play or the App Store. You’ll see the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before: The Homecoming” game right under the app’s “Weekly Update” category.

“POV: You’re LJ’s childhood BFF that just moved back to town. You find a secret admirer letter addressed to you. WYD?! Play an all new game inspired by To All the Boys on the @spotlightgame app,” To All The Boys posted on Instagram.

Anonymous love letter

Just like in the series, a love letter is involved in the story. But this time, it’s not from Lara Jean, but from your secret admirer (yes, yours–the player)!

After returning home, you are reunited with LJ and all your other friends, and you are right away surprised to see a love letter that is addressed to you. Now, you’re trying to figure out who could have possibly written that letter.

You’ll encounter characters from the series such as Lara Jean, Peter Kavinsky, Kitty Covey, Chris Donati, and Lucas Krapf/James. There are also new characters such as your childhood friend and crush named Jamie, and a classmate named Simon.

Covinsky shippers will enjoy playing this game because you’d get to see Lara Jean and Peter’s relationship “stronger than ever” aside from navigating your own character’s adventures.

The game currently has three chapters up, and gets an update every Friday!
