Just when we think we’ve gotten bored of eating during quarantine, McDonald’s flips their menu to spice things up and cool us down.
Last Friday, July 24, McDonald’s brought back their chocolate and strawberry milkshakes, along with their newest menu addition: the Spicy McNuggets.
To bring the heat, McDonald’s tweaked the crunchy coating of their nuggets to include small flakes of dried pepper bits. If you’re a true fan of spicy foods, you know this has been a long time coming.
Then, they balanced that heat with their returning milkshakes. Made with a dollop of McDonald’s soft-serve and a dash of chocolate and strawberry swirls, the cool and creamy McDo Shake is the perfect way to simmer down.
You can sample their new Spicy McNuggets for 120PhP for six pieces, or the McDo Shake for 69PhP. Or just order a combination of six-piece nuggets and milkshake for 169PhP. Extra hungry? The Spicy McNuggets also comes in a 10-piece and 20-piece variant. These go for 200PhP and 390PhP, respectively.
