Are you excited to see High School Musical stars Monique Coleman and Corbin Bleu in one movie again?
The wait is almost over because the duo’s reunion movie is already coming this December! Entitled A Christmas Dance Reunion, the upcoming Lifetime movie marks their first project together after “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” premiered in 2008.
The movie follows the story of Lucy Mortimer (Monique) and Barrett Brewster (Corbin), high school dance partners who meet each other again at Winterleigh Resort during the holiday season. Lucy, now a successful lawyer, decides to visit the resort again after finding out that the place will soon be closing its doors for good. Together with Barrett, she tries to bring back the magic of their childhood Christmas traditions by having one last “Christmas Dance.”
“We’re back together! After 13 years it felt like home working and dancing with [Monique Coleman] again â¤ï¸,” Corbin posted on Instagram.
Directed by Brian Herzlinger, “A Christmas Dance Reunion” will premiere on Lifetime on December 3, 2021.
