Is Bianca Umali making an appearance in ABS-CBN’s “Pamilya Sagrado?”
Is Sparkle artist Bianca Umali set to appear in “Pamilya Sagrado,” an upcoming series by ABS-CBN and Dreamscape Entertainment?
It may be noticed that Bianca was in one of the photos uploaded by the show’s lead actor, Kyle Echarri, on his Instagram account yesterday, April 22.
The post was a photo carousel of different highlights from Kyle’s life recently, which came with the caption: “blessed by who/what’s around you”
Most of the photos were from behind the scenes of his shoot for “Pamilya Sagrado,” showing his co-stars like Grae Fernandez, Shaina Magdayao, Mylene Dizon, and Piolo Pascual, as well as his friends such as Leon Barretto, Julia Barretto, and AC Bonifacio.
Bianca was in the third photo with Kyle and his co-stars in “Pamilya Sagrado”: Piolo and Mylene. Enchong Dee, who was not announced as part of the cast, was also in the photo.

The same photo was uploaded by Piolo on his Instagram story on April 22, which was then reposted on X (formerly Twitter) by a fan of Bianca.
Bianca’s bonding with Kyle, Piolo, and Mylene raised questions if Bianca will make an appearance in the upcoming Kapamilya series.

This is not the first time that Bianca would appear in an ABS-CBN show while being a contract star of GMA-7.
In 2023, she had a hosting stint in the noontime show “It’s Your Lucky Day,” which served as a temporary replacement for “It’s Showtime” when the latter was suspended by the MTRCB for two weeks. At the time, the noontime show was also airing on GMA-7’s sister channel, Gtv.
Bianca and Kyle were able to work in the show as Kyle was also a part of the show.
Also, Bianca is known to be friends with Mylene, whom she worked with in two GMA-7 shows: “Once Upon A Kiss” in 2015 and “Sahaya” in 2019.
Meanwhile, there is a rumor on social media that GMA-7 will acquire another ABS-CBN drama series as a blocktimer on its primetime programming after the two inked a blocktime deal for “It’s Showtime” to air on the Kapuso network’s noontime slot.
This, however, has yet to be confirmed by both parties.
At press time, Bianca is busy working on her upcoming primetime series, “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre.”
