There’s no doubt that Gwy Saludes is definitely living her best life!
“The Rain In Espana” author 4reuminct, who is also known as Gwy Saludes, is now “#gradwaiting”!
She shared on her Instagram stories how all her hard work has paid off. She’d been accepted into three Juris Doctor programs! Just like her “The Rain In España” character Kalix Martinez, she’s now set to enter the challenging world of law school.
Her acceptance letters, which were only shown partially in the IG story college, were from her alma mater ADMU and two other top universities.
4reuminct is known amongst Wattpad readers for her beloved University Series, especially “The Rain In España” (also referred to as TRIE). These novels are now being published by Precious Pages.
Back in 2019, she went viral for the Daniel Padilla x Kathryn Bernardo-inspired Twitterserye “Along España.” Kathryn herself gave the author a shoutout, having read and enjoyed it!
4reuminct, whose real name is Gwynette Jan “Gwy” Saludes, is also a content creator who shares about lifestyle, travel, studying, K-Pop and more.
After graduating from UST for Senior High, she enrolled in Ateneo De Manila University to take up BS Legal Management. Throughout her journey, she continued pursuing her passion for writing and even found a “home” under the O/C Records label.
“The Rain In España”
Not long after, “An Afternoon With Gwy” was held at the Philippine Book Festival. While there, she signed copies of her books and interacted with fans. She also received a Certification of Recognition for “The Rain In España”! It was nominated for “Best Novel in Filipino” at the 40th National Book Awards.
The 4reuminct hit has also come to life through a series airing on Viva One. Directed by Theodore Boborol, it stars Marco Gallo as Kalix and Heaven Peralejo as Luna Valeria.
There’s no word yet on whether other University Series books such as “Safe Skies, Archer” will be adapted for television, but fans remain hopeful.
