Sandara Park takes interest in working with Coco Martin
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Sandara says that she’s very much interested in working with Coco in the future.
She shares, “I have a wish! Sana magka-project kami ni Coco Martin in the future! Sana! I really love his movies, napanood ko lahat ng movies niya! Lalo na yung mga romantic comedies so sana maging leading man ko siya in the future.”
With Sandara’s outright expression of her desire to work with the actor, she also says that Coco has already given a nod to the prospect.
Sandara says, “Sabi niya ‘Yeah! Let’s do something together,’ so sana yeah, maging totoo yun.”
Aside from a possible collaboration with Coco, Sandara is also vocal in terms of her admiration for some OPM singers such as Shanti Dope and Regine Velasquez.
She shares, “Gusto ko yung mga bagong songs. I listen to Shanti Dope’s mga kanta, pero my ultimate idol now si Ms. Regine Velasquez so I want to come back for her concert in April.”
Sandara was a former member of the defunct all-female K-Pop group 2NE1. Prior to her stardom, Sandara was a contestant in ABS-CBN’s talent search competition “Star Circle Quest” Season 1 in 2004. The eventual winner, Hero Angeles, was paired with her for their banner film “Can This Be Love” in 2005.
