Masungi Georeserve is open for visitors again

Do you want adventure in the great wide somewhere? Well, good news! You don’t have to travel too far to explore nature and the outdoors and take cool pics for the ‘gram at the same time. The award-winning Masungi Georeserve in Baras, Rizal is now ready to accept visitors once again on a limited basis.

A sanctuary for animal and plant species and home to imposing limestone formations, the Masungi Georeserve is a popular go-to destination for nature lovers and people looking for some adventure.

Masungi Georeserve announced on their official Facebook page that they are now accepting guests for their Discovery and Legacy trails. If your friends and you are down for some outdoor adventure, you just need to check available slots on their website. Alternatively, you can contact their guest care team from Tuesdays to Sundays, 8 am to 5 pm (trail@masungigeoreserve.com).

Like in their pre-pandemic days, only pre-registered, small, and private groups can be accommodated inside the trails. Only one group is accommodated per time slot to ensure zero impact on the natural environment as well as for the privacy and experience of visitors. This means there won’t be other people when you immerse yourself in mother nature. You can take photos for the ‘gram at peace.

Masungi Georeserve also said that there are no closed spaces within the trail experiences, so you can be assured they are low-risk activities for friends and family. The minimum group size at this time is 5 persons.

For the Discovery Trail, it’s P1,500 per guest on weekdays and P1,800 on weekends. For the Legacy Trail, it’s P1,500 per guest on weekdays and weekends. The Masungi Georeserve is accessed along Kilometer 47, Marcos Highway, Baras, Rizal. You can visit their website to hype you up about their trails.
