You don’t have to sit in a classroom to learn things!
Now that the world is slowly but surely opening back up, people are more open to resuming their everyday activities. That’s partly why Ayala Malls prepared several literacy activities to mark World Book Day.
Happy Easter at Ayala Malls
Since most kids these days don’t get to interact with their classmates in person, Ayala Malls is inviting them to a competitive yet fun event on Easter Sunday, April 17.
At Easter Academy, children can hone their athletic abilities through activities like an obstacle course. Meanwhile, those who don’t want to compete can go to the School Fair area for snacks. While walking around, you can meet Easter mascots and donate your preloved toys to the Philippine Toy Library. Your furbabies are welcome to join the Hide & Treat activity at Barkyard.Â
Exclusive discounts for school supplies and toys are available via the Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant. You can also stay at home and use the code EasterRecess on GrabFood. FoodPanda also has group meals the whole family can enjoy.
Easter Academy will be in Abreeza, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Centrio, Fairview Terraces, Glorietta, Harbor Point, Market Market, Marquee Mall, Pavilion Mall, Serendra, The District (Dasmarinas and Imus), and UP Town Center.
It’ll also be in the following Ayala Malls: Capitol Central, Central Block, Circuit, Cloverleaf, Feliz, Manila Bay, Marikina, Serin, Solenad, and the 30th.
Book lovers unite
Ayala Malls believes reading is fundamental, so it collaborated with bookstores and publishing companies on the Book-Bonanza event. From April 21 to 30, check out the book sales, book swaps, and reading spaces at the Readers Camp.
Readers can explore new authors and genres with Book-Bonanza. They can pick up hardbound books, paperbacks, and other reading materials like e-books. Enjoy free delivery when you shop at select bookstores through the Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant. Interested parties can also enjoy the Reader’s Circle, a camp-themed reading space.
Join the Grand Book Swap from April 22 to 24 if you have books you’d like to give away or share. Alternatively, you can donate to the book drives sponsored by organizations like Aklatan ni Sir Tan, Barangay Apas, Calabrian Children’s Foundation, and Pinagbuhatan High School in cooperation with World Vision.
Select merchants (including Arcana Coffee, Chatime, and Starbucks) offer more promos and discounts from April 21 to 30, 3:00 to 5:00 PM).
