Pippa and James have been married for almost four years now, and have a two-year-old son named Arthur Michael William. The little one’s names are a “tribute” to the couple’s family members: Michael for Pippa’s father and James’s late younger brother, and William for Pippa’s brother-in-law, Prince William.
This sweet gesture seems to continue in their family, since they’ve named their new bundle of joy Grace Elizabeth Jane. Pippa’s mother and sister Kate also share the middle name Elizabeth, while their grandmother had it as her first name! Meanwhile, baby Grace’s third name is similar to her paternal grandmother’s, who is named Jane Matthews.
Baby Grace is “perfect [and] everyone is overjoyed at such a happy arrival,” Royal Editor Rebecca English said in a tweet.
