Catriona Gray and Sam Milby’s recent sighting at an event indicates they might have already overcome their past relationship struggles.
In an Instagram photo uploaded by businesswoman Pinky Tobiano, the couple were seen being cozy and close during the birthday celebration of Cornerstone Entertainment big boss Erickson Raymundo.
It comes with a caption that reads, “The heat won’t stop these sweet couple Cat & Sam and we are all here to celebrate Erickson’s bday. Erik and my food trip in Pampanga this week. #Birthday #Vision #Cornerstone ”
Pinky has also shared an Instagram story showing Catriona and Sam posing shoulder to shoulder. Their smiles are both evident as they don matching summer-themed outfits.

The celebrity couple’s recent sightings have brought back hopes for the netizens—months after they were reported to have been going through a rough patch in their relationship.
Now that they are back together, many people are anticipating their wedding—with questions whether it will now push through.
Prior to the event, Catriona and Sam were both seen together hanging out during Isabel Oli’s first-ever trade-launch gathering held at BSK Club Manila in Taguig.
Strains in Catriona and Sam’s romance were publicized through a statement by their management Cornerstone Entertainment on February 28, 2024.
Part of the statement says that while the couple have been going through some challenges, both are willing to work in fixing those struggles. The management has asked that privacy and respect be given to the couple “as they navigate through this situation.”

Catriona Gray and Sam Milby’s rumored breakup
Earlier this year, in February 2024, rumors of their separation broke across as many have noticed that Catriona was no longer wearing the engagement ring that Sam had given her.
The rumor was fueled more strongly by entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz’s statement that says the cancellation of their upcoming wedding was compelled by Sam’s change of heart about marriage.
Such a development followed a year after Catriona announced her engagement with the actor through an Instagram post.

Months after the engagement, Catriona hints in an interview with doctor Vicky Belo that their wedding might take place in 2024—saying that they are not rushing and just want to enjoy their engagement.
As Catriona puts it, “Baka next year. I just want to enjoy this season. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime season. I just want to enjoy it.”
