Missed his fan meet last year? Then 2023 might be your lucky year to meet Cha Eun-woo!
Much to his fans’ delight, K-pop star Cha Eun-woo is coming back to the Philippines to meet his fans anew.
The 25-year-old heartthrob hinted at a possible fan meet for his Filipino supporters in a video posted last March 17, 2023 by Dunkin’ Philippines which revealed Cha Eun-woo as its newest endorser.
The video, which he opens with “Kumusta po,” has now raked in almost 229,000 views on Twitter.
“I’ll be seeing you very soon,” he says near the end of the subtitled video, telling fans to follow Dunkin’ Philippines’ social media pages for further announcements on “our next meeting.”
In January, Dunkin’ brought South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun to the country for a one-night fan meet at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The nearly two-minute Cha Eun-woo video may seem short for some, but it is actually packed with notable elements for his fans.
In the same video, the Korean singer-actor has answered certain trivia about the brand including his favorite coffee and donut. He likewise shared what put him in a good mood and what completes his day.
Finally, when asked about what he enjoys most about going to the Philippines, the ASTRO visual says: “I enjoy performing in front of my Filipino fans.”
Shocked fans have taken their excitement to Twitter by commenting on the post. Some even jokingly asked if the donut box would come with Cha Eun-woo’s face printed on it.
Another netizen claims that she would buy all the donuts including the ambassador.
While other fans have requested the brand to bring him back to the country sooner.
He previously went to the country in August 2022 for a fan meet, which was also held at the Araneta Coliseum.
Born Lee Dong-min, Cha Eun-woo debuted in 2016 as a member of the boy band ASTRO. Today, he is known as the group’s vocalist and visual.
Outside of K-pop, the singer has ventured into acting, landing lead roles in popular dramas like “Gangnam Beauty,” “Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung” and “True Beauty.”
