The car has been sold for Php 6.5 million
Daniel Padilla’s first-ever luxury sports car, an orange Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7, has been sold.
The car made headlines after a listing showed up on Facebook Marketplace with an asking price of P6.5 million.
In a YouTube vlog, Franz Akeem Aldover of F2A Cars presented the car to pawnshop owner and social media personality Jayson Luzadas, also known as Boss Toyo.
At the time before the sale, Jayson’s vlog has gained over 200k views, featuring insights into the negotiation and the car’s background.
In the vlog, a car dealer and his companion provided documents proving Daniel’s ownership and mentioned that he purchased the car around 2016. The dealer speculated that Daniel might be tired of it or decided to retire the vehicle, noting, “Siguro boss, sawa na, retired na… pero yan ang kauna-unahang nabili nya.“
Jayson began the negotiation with an initial offer of P5.5 million for the car, which was rejected. Despite pushing the offer to P5.8 million, which was Jayson’s maximum, the dealer still declined the proposal.
Later, the dealer revealed that Daniel sold the car to a friend, who, in turn, tasked them with finding a buyer.
Daniel Padilla’s car has been sold
On January 16, F2A Cars announced that Daniel’s luxury car had been sold for Php 6.5 million to a Pampanga-based buyer.
According to the post, the Chevrolet was sold to “Tito Paldo” from Angeles City and the vehicle was already delivered to the new owner.
The news comes on the heels of the much-talked-about breakup of Daniel and Kathryn Bernardo.
