The disposal comes with Karla’s decision to live in the southern part of the metro
Daniel Padilla and his mom Karla Estrada have decided to sell their two-story family home in Quezon City, following the actor’s disposal of its luxury sports car.
The real estate worth Php 50 million is currently posted on a brokerage account called Best Deal Property PH. Described as an “elegant owner’s built house,” the post included some of the spaces that the house boasts, such as its living room, dining area, and main kitchen.
The entire residential area measures 500 square meters and houses a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. On top of that, the house’s garage is promoted to hold five to six vehicles at maximum capacity.
Despite being put on sale, Daniel’s family still seemingly held their Christmas and New Year celebrations in the house, as indicated by the photos that Karla uploaded on her Instagram account.
Why are Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada selling their home?
Entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz clarified that the family is not going through financial strains, but instead the decision was just backed by Karla’s preference to live in the southern part of the metro.
Daniel and Karla have yet to release a statement regarding the real estate posting.
Prior to this, Daniel was able to sell his first-ever sports luxury car for P6.5 million. The car posted on a Facebook Marketplace is an orange Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7, which was bought by a certain “Tito Paldo” from Angeles City, Pampanga.
Before the deal, the four-wheel vehicle was first presented to Boss Toyo on the YouTube channel called “Pinoy Pawnstars.” However, both parties failed to come to a sound agreement.
Daniel’s disposal of properties and assets came after his much-publicized breakup with long-term girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo.
