Joshua: “Hindi ko siya dini-deny”
Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia admits learning from his past relationships, prompting him this time to keep a lowkey romance with his rumored lover Emilienne Vigier.

During the Q&A for the mediacon of his movie “Fruitcake,” Joshua was hesitant to entertain any questions related to his personal life. However, he still welcomed some queries right after, including his relationship with the French-Filipina golfer.
Joshua shares, “Para maklaro na lahat and wala nang maitanong ang lahat. Baka kasi sabihin nila, dini-deny ko yung babae, di ba?
“Hindi ko siya dini-deny. It’s just that, ako and her decided not to share it to everyone. Kasi yung relationship na yan ay kami lang naman yung parte dun, e.”
Joshua’s inhibition to give extensive details is anchored on fear that it might go down in pieces. Thus, he wants a low-profile relationship this time—a thing that he has learned from his previous relationships.

He says, “Galing na kasi ako sa iba’t ibang klaseng relationship. Everytime na sini-share ko siya sa lahat, parang… nagkakagulo, alam mo yun? Nagiging shaky yung relationship kasi.
“Parang this time, mas pinapahalagahan ko yung privacy ko para sa ganung aspect. Ganung klaseng ano… hindi lang dun, pati sa pamilya ko, ‘di ba?”

Joshua Garcia neither confirms nor denies relationship
In PEP.ph’s report, Joshua says that their status is kept between him and Emilienne only.
The young actor also emphasized that there is no need for them to disclose their relationship on social media, and even if they get married, they would not announce it.
He says, “Walang announcement. Kahit nga pag kinasal ka, mas okay na huwag mo nang i-announce, e.”
Joshua says that privacy is what matters most for him this time since “Yun na lang yung ititira ko sa sarili ko lalo na sa trabaho ko sa industriya na ito.”
Speaking of the showbiz industry, PEP.ph has also asked him whether Emilienne is interested in pursuing such a career.
Per Joshua’s words, “Ayaw niya. Masyadong magulo yung industriya natin.”
He adds that his lover’s decision is hers to make; he is only there to support her throughout. Besides, he has his own goals to pursue.
“Ganun naman yun, e. May goal ka, may goal siya, and then, kung may goal kayo together, mas maganda yun,” he finishes.

Joshua and Emilienne’s affair made waves in June 2023, when observant netizens noticed that both of them happened to be in El Nido, Palawan at the same time.
This was then followed by a series of Instagram exchanges and photographs that netizens took as hints of their relationship.
If speculations are true, Emilienne succeeds Joshua Garcia’s rumored romance with vlogger Bella Racelis. The “Fruitcake” actor’s then romance with the vlogger was said to have ended after the latter unfollowed Joshua on Instagram.
Prior to Bella, Joshua was in a relationship with actress Julia Barretto.
