KathNiel, CocoJul, and other power couples grace the red carpet
The most glamorous night for the Kapamilya network has finally arrived, as the brightest stars convene for a night of fashion, gratitude, and thanksgiving—the ABS-CBN Ball 2023.
Of course, one of the anticipated highlights of this event is who goes with whom. There are couples who are expected to arrive together, such as Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. Just as much, there are couples who attended as a revelation, including Coco Martin and Julia Montes.
Whichever way we put it, the excitement is just the same seeing these power couples grace the red carpet shoulder to shoulder.
First on the star-studded red carpet are Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo; both are wearing complementary black ensembles for a strong opening.

Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla had their solo moment before meeting at the end of the red carpet. The “A Very Good Girl” star deviates far from her usual sweetheart look, as she showcases a bolder figure in a silver-sleeved gown.
Daniel, on the other hand, looks dapper in a unique leather-finish kimono.

Julia Montes and Coco Martin have yet again made a statement for their relationship, this time at the red carpet. Coco is seen wearing a classic suit complemented together with Julia’s puff-sleeved black number.

Power couple Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson’s presence is just a feast in the eyes. Julia strutted hair down in a black gown with cuts enough to show her skin. Gerald, on the other hand, went for the classic black number.

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray takes the pageant scene at the palm of her silver and powder-blue number. With her is the handsome Sam Milby, complementing her divine image with a classic tuxedo.

OPM royalty Regine Velasquez has walked down the red carpet in an equally striking red-collared dress. Next to her is Pinoy hits king Ogie Alcasid who brought in a new style of black suit.

Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola then arrived together—Jessy in a champagne-colored gown with tulle cape while Luis has that Gatsby look in a classic black suit.

Other Power Couples
“Third World Romance” stars Charlie Dizon and Carlo Aquino were also spotted at the event. Charlie is wearing a straight-cut, beaded gown, while Carlo goes for the neutral look in beige suit.
Fresh from their wedding are Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez who made a monochromatic statement with their matching black outfits.

Real-life couple, singers KZ Tandingan and TJ Monterde have also shown their personality through matching tuxedos.
Another revelation from the event is the seeming hard launch of Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde’s relationship. Their color combination of powder-blue suit and teal number just made them stand out in the seas of black.

“Encantadia” star Iza Calzado has taken everyone like a wind, as she graced the event in a ruffled black drsess. Together, hand-in-hand, with her is husband Ben Wintle who walked just as dashing in black suit.

Capping off the red carpet are real-life partners Vice Ganda and Ion Perez. Vice is queenly in his blue-hooded gown, while Ion looks sharp in black tuxedo.

The ABS-CBN Ball is the network’s initiative to raise funds for its charitable pillars: environment, education, children’s welfare, and sustainable livelihood. All proceeds from the event will be allocated to these causes.
