Piolo: “I’m married to my job”
Piolo Pascual acknowledged the potential of reigniting his relationship with Shaina Magdayao, especially now that they are working on a new series, “Pamilya Sagrado.”
Piolo and Shaina were once romantically involved with each other but no confirmation has been said about their relationship.
In Piolo’s YouTube interview with Ogie Diaz, he emphasized that his focus is getting the work done over personal matters, including his involvement with Shaina.
Piolo also reiterated continuing the legacy of the late Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal, who was still alive when “Pamilya Sagrado” was announced.
He tells Ogie, “Let’s cross the bridge. But I don’t wanna get ahead of myself. I’m more for the work. We wanna continue on his legacy. We wanna give it our best. So, I’ll put aside the personal stuff first.”
Piolo also confirmed that he maintains a good relationship with Shaina, stating, “Okay naman kami ni Shaina. We’re good.”
When discussing potential developments in their personal lives, Piolo expressed his preference for allowing things to unfold naturally, without public announcements.
“Oo. Sa tanda nating ‘to. What you see is what you get. I’m not trying to hide anything or do something.
“If it’s there, if it’s happening, people are gonna see it. If there’s anything, people are gonna know, anyway,” he noted.

Regarding his career plans, Piolo emphasized his dedication to his work and delivering quality content to the audience.
“I’m a sucker for good stories. I love what I do. I’m married to my job. I’ve been saying that for the last 25 years or so,” Piolo added.
At present, Piolo is set to start taping for “Pamilya Sagrado,” which features an ensemble cast including Kyle Echarri and Grae Fernandez, and veteran actors Aiko Melendez, John Arcilla, Mylene Dizon, Rosanna Roces, and Tirso Cruz III.
