“Lucky you, I’m no murderer,” quips Priscilla
From a cheating controversy to a love well-reconciled, Priscilla Meirelles has now taken her celebratory spirit to social media to express her love for husband John Estrada who turned 50 on Tuesday, June 13.
Priscilla has uploaded a series of black-and-white snaps from the birthday party she threw for John. It comes with a caption that reads, “To the one and only man in my life, my husband… Happy Birthday.
“From the moment I met you I knew I wanted to share my life with you. We have been through a lot, and the ride hasn’t been smooth but it has been bunches of fun and for your life, I am truly grateful, even if sometimes it may look like I want to commit murder… lucky you, I’m no murderer,” she continues.
“Joke aside, today I pray that you have accountable blessings and that you always find a reason to smile every day anew for the rest of your journey. May you find true contentment in every spec of your life without losing yourself,” Priscilla adds.
“Thank you for being a good provider for our family. Thank you for being a good dad to Anechka. Thank you for being my husband. We love you. God bless you and may he be with you always,” she finishes.
John has celebrated ahead of his birthday over the weekend in what came to be Priscilla’s surprise party for him.
It was held at KAO Manila night club, with some of their showbiz colleagues from ABS-CBN’s “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” gracing the event.

Priscilla Meirelles and John Estrada’s marital woes
In March 2023, a distressed Priscilla brought her marital woes to public attention, as she hinted at John Estrada’s infidelity through a series of Instagram stories. Priscilla attests, “I have been going through a rough time in my marriage for a while already for many reasons.”
In the weeks following the controversy, the two seemed to have doused the fire after Priscilla cleared the tension through an interview with ABS-CBN News. They were also seen spending time in Cebu with their daughter Anechka and other cast members of “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
