SB19 will still be called SB19, as per agreement
P-Pop group SB19 has claimed ownership of its name and logo following an “amicable agreement” with its former management, ShowBT.
SB19’s current label, 1Z Entertainment announced this through a statement on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

1Z Entertainment released a short social media statement, saying it finally reached a middle ground with ShowBT Philippines Corp—SB19’s old label— through a sound resolution.
The entire statement reads (published as is): “We formally announce that we have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. through a fair and equitable resolution.
“Thank you for your patience and unwavering support towards SB19 and 1Z Entertainment. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin eagerly anticipate reconnecting with all of you in their upcoming endeavors.
“We can’t wait to see you all again soon.”

SB19 withdraws from ShowBT
1Z Entertainment is self-managed by the SB19 members, with Pablo helming the agency as Chief Executive Officer.
Following its establishment in October, the group has then released its newest album “Pagtatag” under the new label.

In addition to this, the group was set to bring their music through the PAGTATAG! World tour, with stops in Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, and Japan.
However, in November, the tour was halted due to “current complexities affecting the tour.” Fans were quick to associate it with the legal battle with ShowBT, as it initially ordered the group to stop promoting under the name and logo.
At press time, ShowBT has yet to release its statement on the matter and further details of their agreement are yet to be disclosed.
SB19 debuted in 2018 under ShowBT. Since then, they have released pop hits, including “GENTO,” “MAPA,” and “Alab,” among many others.
