“Incubus” frontman Brandon Boyd unveiled the pieces included in his new art project called “Moonlight Arts Collective.”
On Instagram, he announced the names of the artists he collaborated with and shared photos of the artwork included in the collection.
“See a new collective art project I’ve been concocting with some great co-conspirators! Go to our new website splash page to sign up and you’ll magically receive a lil video that’ll explain things further. I love you [Moonlight Arts Collective],” he said.
The Moonlight Arts Collective Instagram page featured the creations of the artists involved in the project, which includes Brandon, Filipina celebrity Heart Evangelista, musician Mark Mothersbaugh, photographer Brian Bowen Smith, and actresses Melissa Villaseñor and Alia Shawka.
“You’re invited to join our collective of art enthusiasts who appreciate the creativity and expressive talent of cultural icons who draw, paint, photograph, and ‘moonlight’ as visual artists,” Moonlight Arts Collective said.
Heart also shared a preview of the collection and expressed her excitement to “release some new limited edition hand-signed fine art.”
In May 2021, Heart shared that she’s collaborating with fellow artist Brandon for a “little art project.”
“He’s including me in one of his few projects that will happen in the States, featuring my paintings. I’m so happy about that. I’m so flattered,” she said.
Those who wish to receive early releases, studio peeks, artist collabs, and more can request an invitation through the Moonlight Arts Collective website.
