They announced their third pregnancy in December 2023
Slater Young and Kryz Uy officially revealed the gender of their third child during a celebration surrounded by friends and family.
In a vlog on Kryz’s YouTube channel, attendees, including the couple and their sons Scottie and Sevi Uy, sported pink attire in the hopes that the new addition to their family would be a girl.
Talking about her hunch, Kryz said, “I’m wearing pink because I do feel that it’s gonna be a girl. It’s the first time ever that I have the little feeling of what it’s gonna be.”
She also mentioned that the pregnancy seemed different this time, both in terms of symptoms and the number of people predicting a baby girl.
In the vlog, the family gathered inside a booth filled with blue confetti and balloons, signaling that they were expecting a baby boy. The reveal prompted cheerful words from the family’s guests, with some even supporting the possibility of a fourth child to try for a baby girl.
“Ang galing talaga ni Slater gumawa ng boy,” joked Kryz. Despite the playful banter, she expressed joy for the upcoming adventure, stating, “But I know it’s gonna be a beautiful, crazy, noisy adventure for us here at home.”
Slater, sharing his thoughts, mentioned, “I feel like having a boy again is okay lang. It would have been nice to have a baby girl just because I don’t know that feeling yet. But other than that, sanay na tayo sa boys. Kaya na natin, e.”

Slater and Kryz tied the knot in 2019. They had their first baby, Scottie, in 2020 and welcomed their second child, Sevi, in 2022.
