Brace yourselves, sneakerheads!
If you’re a fan of sneakers—collector’s items or not—you probably know that Foot Locker is one of the leading retailer stores for sneakers. This time, they’re leveling up every Pinoy sneakerhead’s experience by opening its first Power Store in the country through a partnership with PT Map Aktif Adiperkasa Tbk. (MAPA).
The first-ever Power Store will be located on the 2nd floor of Glorietta 3 in Makati City, and will open its doors this December 16, 2022. With a retail space as big as 1,435 square meters, you’ll find yourself enjoying the shopping experience at Foot Locker. The store has a “for her” lounge area, a dedicated Kids area, a special section for basketball products, and other special interactive zones.

Can’t physically see their Power Store yet? Don’t fret because the collective is also bringing their shop closer to you, even if you’re in the comforts of your own home. Other than the Power Store, the brand will also launch its official website for the Philippine market to facilitate consumers’ online shopping.
Since Foot Locker’s purpose is to inspire and empower sneaker culture, Foot Locker Philippines is looking forward to supporting and engaging with the local sneaker, dance, basketball, and local sports communities, both for its pre-opening activities and moving forward.
Foot Locker has also teamed up with local illustrator and artist @GoRaiseHell by Raizel Go to create an artistic touch to the visual elements of the Glorietta Power Store. Additionally, local photographer Jilson Tiu collaborated with Foot Locker to feature urban Filipino scenery in the store.
