Boy Abunda confirms BeaDom’s breakup on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda”
Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque have decided to call off their engagement and end their relationship.
TV host Boy Abunda confirms the news on an episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, February 6.
However, Boy says that according to his sources, Bea and Dominic are still talking and are trying to talk things out and fix their relationship.
Boy shares, “As a matter of fact, from good sources, kagabi or noong isang gabi lamang ay nag-usap ulit si Bea at saka si Dominic.
“They’re trying to understand each other but they’re going through a rough patch.”
However, nothing seems to be certain if they will be able to surpass the trial in their relationship.
Boy adds, “Magkakabalikan ba ito o magtatagumpay ba sa panunuyo si Dominic? We don’t know. Wala hong makakasagot ng katanungan na ito but, of course, my prayers is that may God grant them what is best for them.”
Boy also confirms that Bea returned her engagement ring to Dominic. It may be recalled that the couple got engaged in July 2023.
The esteemed TV host says, “I am confirming, yes, that hiwalay sila ngayon. Ano ang status? Wala.
“I think kung tama ang aking source, si Bea ay isinauli na ang kanilang engagement ring.
“But are they hoping? Ako, ang hula ko is yes, kasi you don’t say, ‘Tomorrow I’m going to stop loving.'”

Boy addresses pre-nup issue, rumored wedding date
Rumors about Bea and Dominic’s breakup came in late January.
One issue that is said to be the cause of the breakup is about a pre-nuptial agreement. However, Boy has debunked the rumor, saying that the pre-nup is never an issue for Bea and Dominic.
Boy explains, “Yung prenup ho, medyo na-shock ho ako dahil ang pagkakaalam ko, many months ago, napag-usapan ito sa aking pagkakaalam, and I’d like to confirm this with my friends, my sources.
“Because when this was being talked about, yung prenup, ang nag-volunteer sa nanay ni Bea na okay ang prenup ay si Dominic. So, I don’t think it is or it was an issue unless nabago po ang kuwento.
“It was not an issue, to be fair to Dom.”
Boy also sets the record straight about rumors saying that they already have a date and place for their wedding and that it was cancelled.
Pagpapatuloy ni Boy, “Did they call of the wedding? Yes.
“Marami ho kasing lumalabas na April ang wedding, sa Tagaytay ang wedding, kinansel ang wedding. There was no April, there was no Tagaytay, there was no wedding in Tagaytay that was cancelled.”
Boy even clarifies that the couple seemed to be planning a destination wedding before they called it quits.
“Bea and I would often talk about the wedding towards the end of the year, the last quarter of the year.
“But as of now, wala. Walang wedding po na magaganap ngayong darating na Abril because, in the first place, there was no wedding in April at it was not going to be in Tagaytay.
“As originally talked about, nag-ocular po ang dalawa sa Europa and may mga lumalabas din na kuwento na they went to Japan. Tama rin po yon and I think they were trying to talk things out.”
Bea and Dominic became a couple in 2021. The couple recently had a trip to Japan, which Bea shared on her vlog, before the breakup happened.
Recently, Bea having no direct answers to an interview about their wedding plans prompted netizens to assume that the breakup rumors are true.
