“I will keep doing this till I’m old and gray,” Heart vows
Fashion icon Heart Evangelista has vowed to continue her passion for fashion while also hinting at personal attacks aimed at her, including “stolen contacts, black propaganda, and shadow banning.”
On Wednesday, October 4, the Sparkle artist uploaded an Instagram video of her wearing luxury brand Louis Vuitton. It comes with a caption that reads: “This place is a world on its own #LouisVuitton.”
The netizens were quick to leave positive comments, including one from content creator Bibo Bayona.
His comment reads (published as is): “ICONIC!!! While others may discredit what you have accomplish from the ground up, there’s no denying that you are indeed a trailblazer.
“The blueprint, the standard, always elevating the content gaming. We see your hardwork, we appreciate your vision. Thank you for representing us so well in the global stage.”
Heart then responds rather cryptically, as she brings up an attack made by a third party to minimize her social media presence among other issues, such as “stolen contacts,” and “black propaganda.”
She replies, “I am touched by your comment. It is what I love. Stolen contacts, black propaganda, hiring a 3rd party to shadow ban my contents in the end will not matter because I don’t do this for fame.
“I do this for love and passion. I will keep doing this till I’m old and gray, even if no one is looking. I will continue to express myself through fashion because this gives me happiness,” she finishes.
According to The New York Times report, shadow banning refers to “stealth actions by social media platforms to limit a post’s visibility.”
Heart Evangelista receives moral support from Chiz Escudero
In the same post, Senator Chiz Escudero has offered Heart words of affirmation.
He comments, “Always gorgeously beautiful… hot yet elegant and classy… continue to shine babe – doing what you love to do… and certainly do best!!!”
Heart’s comment followed just roughly two months after addressing the issue about her now estranged glam team Justin Louise Soriano and Jeck Aguilar.
Having to face rough waters, Heart then says in a “24 Oras” interview that she draws strength from her husband who always tells him, “with the glory comes the punches.”
The 38-year-old actress has also talked about the pain of losing a friend in one of her YouTube vlogs.
When Chiz asked, “Why do you think friendship breakups hurt more than romantic breakups,” Heart replies with, “I feel like friendship breakups hurt more” because she treats friends as family.
“For me it’s painful because, for me, I never treat my friends as friends. I treat them as family. When you treat them as family, they know the good and the bad, because you’re confident that they saw your heart first,” she says.
