Dolly de Leon has nothing but great things to say about her co-star, Kathryn Bernardo
Actress Kathryn Bernardo announced that “A Very Good Girl” has wrapped up filming. She will co-star in the film with internationally acclaimed actress Dolly de Leon.
Kathryn described the experience as her “happiest and most memorable shooting experience to date.”
On Instagram, Kathryn expressed her admiration for her fellow actors and co-workers who were part of the movie. “A Very Good Girl” marks her first film for 2023. She shared her excitement about wrapping up the filming by uploading snippets of their celebration.
“A Very Good Girl,” a Star Cinema production directed by Petersen Vargas. It delves into the story of two self-made women and their journey through life.
Alongside Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon, the film has a cast of big names. These include Jake Ejercito, Angel Aquino, Chie Filomeno, Donna Cariaga, Gillian Vicencio, Ana Abad Santos, Kaori Oinuma, Althea Ruedas, Nathania Guerrero, and Nour Hooshmand.
What Dolly de Leon has to say about Kathryn Bernardo?
During the Cinemalaya XIX media con, Dolly described Kathryn as a young Nora Aunor. She also commended her co-star’s acting skills and kind personality.
“Walang kaere-ere, wala at all. Walang kaere-ere. In fact, ang nakikita ko talaga sa kanya, honestly, is parang batang Ate Guy. Kasi she’s so friendly. Di ba, ganun si Ate Guy,” Dolly shared.
Kathryn shared her appreciation for collaborating with Dolly, stating, “For sure, marami akong matututunan sa kanya. I can’t wait to meet her again… What a great honor na gumawa at nabigyan niya ako ng oras.“
A playdate for “A Very Good Girl” has yet to be announced.
