Ogie has reunited and prayed with his “dear kumare”
Singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid made the most of his United States trip by paying the “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino and her sons Joshua Aquino and James Bimby Aquino Yap a visit.
Ogie is currently doing the North American leg of his “KilaboTitos” tour.
As a side trip, the OPM singer made a quick check on the Aquinos, which was later then posted on his Instagram account on Wednesday, August 30.
The photo shows Ogie sandwiched between Josh and Bimby; Kris is noticeably absent.

Ogie writes: “It was so great to see Josh and Bimby today. Two wonderful gentlemen who have the [utmost] concern and care for their mother who is my dear kumare.
“Mare, I post this to send my family’s love for you and your family. I am happy that I was able to pray with you today to seek for the Lord and his healing upon you. The Lord bless you and keep you and your family.”
Netizens were quick to show Ogie some appreciation such as writer Darla Sauler, celebrity Melai Cantiveros, and Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste.
Kris Aquino’s battle against 5 cases of autoimmune disease
The “Queen of All Media” is currently in the United States as she fights five different cases of autoimmune diseases.
According to her Instagram update in July, her condition has gotten “progressively worse.”
Her physical health was battered by Churg Strauss connective disease, Crest syndrome, and the budding rheumatoid and systemic lupus erythematosus that all account for some pain points in her knees, back, leg, and toenails.
A month after, she posted yet another update—this time, bearing a more positive diagnosis.
She is currently taking biological injectables every other Tuesday and immunosuppressant one times a week—which her doctors view as an ideal medication to help her reach remission over the next 10 or 12 months.
