It’ll be a one-night-only performance
Promoter Insignia Presents announced on June 13 that British singer-songwriter Rex Orange County is set to perform in the Philippines. The one-night show is scheduled to take place on October 8, 2023 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Ticket prices for the event range from P3,180 for Lower Box seats to P4,770 for the VIP Standing and Seated sections.
Starting June 16, fans can buy tickets through the Insignia Presents website or at any TicketNet outlets nationwide.
In addition to Manila, Rex Orange County will also be making concert stops in Taipei, Jakarta, Singapore, and Bangkok.
The singer was initially slated to hold a concert in the Philippines in May 2020. However, it had to be canceled due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rex Orange County’s real name is Alexander James O’Connor. He was born on May 4, 1998 In Grayshott, United Kingdom. Rex is a versatile musician known for blending pop, hip-hop, and jazz influences. His notable hits include “Pluto Projector,” “Sunflower,” and “Corduroy Dreams.”
In October 2022, he was embroiled in a controversy after facing six counts of sexual assault charges. However, the case was dropped in December 2022 after a thorough review of the evidence.
In a statement, Rex Orange County denied the allegations. He said, “I have never assaulted anyone, and I do not condone violence or abusive behavior of any kind.”
