Matteo Guidicelli is open to the possibility of having their “Dragon baby” in 2024
Three years after their wedding, Sarah Geronimo and husband Matteo Guidicelli are still not in a hurry to have a baby of their own.
However, they are hopeful they will become parents in the future, with Matteo specifically mentioning the possibility of having a “Dragon baby” in 2024.
When Matteo was asked if he is ready to have a baby with Sarah, he replied, “Sana, sana ipag-pray niyo, sana, Dragon baby.”
The Popstar Royalty added, “God’s will.”
Dragon baby refers to 2024, since this year is the Year of the Dragon based on the Chinese calendar. The Year of the Wood Dragon starts from February 10, 2024 (Chinese New Year) and ends on January 28, 2025 (Chinese New Year’s Eve).
Does Sarah feel that she is ready to become a mother?
The 35-year-old singer-actress answered, “Ready is such a big word!”
The couple was interviewed during the launch of their new venture called G Studios.

Postponed concert with Bamboo
Last September 28, Sarah was supposed to have a joint concert with Bamboo in Pampanga.
However, Sarah announced through social media that this event would not push through. She wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter): “I’m so sorry we have to reschedule our Pampanga show due to medical reasons.”
Sarah explained that she needed more vocal and physical preparation for the concert. “Medyo nagkulang lang po ng preparations vocally, physically, so medyo it took a toll sa vocal cords.
“Kasi pag kasama mo talaga si Bamboo, all out ka talaga, e.”
With Sarah’s “medical reasons,” many speculated that the cancellation was due to her pregnancy. Upon hearing this rumor, Sarah looked at Matteo and said with a laugh, “Sana, sana.”
Sarah and Matteo have been married since February 21, 2020.
