Sharon Cuneta is apparently the biggest CocoJul shipper
Seasoned star Sharon Cuneta was over the moon when news about actors Coco Martin and Julia Montes confirming their long-time relationship surfaced the past week.
Sharon’s response stems from the couple’s recent “TV Patrol” interview where they shared that they have been an item for more than a decade.

The Megastar became close to the couple after she became part of Coco’s long-running series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which concluded last year.
“Umamin na ang mga anak ko yaayyy!!! Happy si Mommy,” Sharon wrote in an Instagram post last May 28, 2023.
She added, “Whatever they may have gone through together, well, it all seems to have been for the best because they are so good to and for each other. They are happy and that makes me and so many others happy,” she added.
Sharon maintained that nothing can change her protectiveness and support for the tandem known as CocoJul.
“I believe people should focus on what is and what will be rather than what was. Let’s all be happy with our own lives and be happy for them,” she urged her followers.
In a previous social media post, Sharon described Julia as her most loved “anak” in show business.
Sharon claps back at some critics
Amid her positive words, Sharon still earned negative comments, with some even accusing her of being “sipsip” so she would be included on Coco’s currently-airing Kapamilya primetime soap “Batang Quiapo.”
“OK sige, sipsip pa more. Baka sakaling isama ka ni Coco sa ‘Batang Quiapo,’” the netizen said.
This obviously irked Sharon who responded and stressed that she is currently busy with her projects. The actress appeared to have taken down her comments but screenshots of it have already been uploaded on social media.
“Ewan ko kung ilan pa kayong parang walang alam. Sa ‘Probinsyano,’ ako ang inimbita, ‘di ako nagpresenta,” she clarified. “‘Pag ako nagpresenta ng sarili ko, ‘yun ay para makatulong, hindi para matulungan.”
She also added that she has projects lined up for her, including movies and two TV series.
“Lumagay ka sa tama. Sa lahat ng nakakainis sa aming mga artista [ay] ‘yung wala nang alam, bastos pa,” she stated.
