Is Yassi now dating CamSur Governor Luigi Villafuerte?
Jon Semira finally confirmed that he and his girlfriend Yassi Pressman have already called it quits.
He ended speculations about the status of their relationship via social media post on August 16, 2023.
“After an amazing run, Yass and I have decided to part ways. We look to move on to our next phase in life in peace and with the support of our family and friends,” he said.
He underscored that the breakup has been “a while” and that the decision was made by both of them.
“The third-party rumors are false,” he stressed, apparently referring to the speculations linking Yassi to politicians.
Jon then described his previous relationship with Yassi as “beautiful,” and appealed to the public to let the pair deal with the breakup “in private.”
“We wish each other the best and will always appreciate what we had. Our relationship was beautiful and we are both coming out better people because of it,” he stated.
Yassi for her part is embracing her newfound freedom with open arms.
“Life is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I’m embracing this new chapter with excitement and optimism,” Yassi shared in a statement. “I believe in the power of healing and self-care, and I’m using this time to explore who I am as an individual.”
Viral videos
Yassi recently made headlines after several contents surrounding her love life made rounds online.
The first viral video featured Yassi cozying up with presidential son and Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos last month. The video, however, is now deleted.
Just a few days ago, the “Kurdapya” star figured in another trending video on social media, this time with Camarines Sur Gov. Luigi Villafuerte.
In the said video, the actress was seen receiving a kiss from the politician after hosting the 74th Foundation Event of Bombon, Camarines Sur last Sunday, August 13, 2023.
The said video featured Yassi and Luigi teasing each other with a kiss.
“Ako na lang ha [ang ki-kiss],” Yassi said.
The crowd, however, wanted the governor to initiate the kiss.
“Palakpakan po natin, Yassi Pressman. Ang espesyal na tao sa puso ni Gov. Luigi. Bagay?” Luigi said with a smile after the kiss.
After which, another video surfaced, which has since been deleted, revealed Jon and Yassi getting engaged.
