Ariana Grande And Scooter Braun

Ariana Grande Parts Ways With Manager Scooter Braun

Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel have also reportedly cut ties with the famous manager

Ariana Grande has split with her longtime manager, Scooter Braun, according to a report by PEOPLE Magazine.

The news comes after rumors about Justin Bieber cutting ties with Scooter surfaced online.

Ariana’s association with Scooter and his SB Projects dates back to 2013, coinciding with the release of her breakthrough debut album, “Yours Truly.”

This news follows Entertainment Weekly’s report that Demi Lovato, who joined SB Projects in 2019, has also separated from Scooter.

The initial report of the split emerged from Puck’s Matthew Belloni on X (formerly Twitter). Representatives for both Ariana and Scooter have chosen not to comment on the matter.

Ariana Grande and SB Projects’ History

The collaboration between Ariana and Scooter lasted her entire post-Nickelodeon career. During this phase, she has delivered six albums, with all but one ascending to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The artist has achieved an impressive 20 top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, seven of which have claimed the top spot.

In 2021, Scooter facilitated the sale of SB Projects’ parent company, Ithaca Holdings, to the South Korean entertainment conglomerate HYBE.

SB Projects continued its operations under this new ownership structure. Scooter now holds the CEO position of HYBE America and played a role in HYBE’s acquisition of the prominent hip-hop label Quality Control earlier this year.

SB Projects’ artist roster encompasses long-term client Justin Bieber. Following recent reports suggesting that Justin might be departing SB, representatives from both parties refuted these speculations as “not true.”

J Balvin, who signed with Scooter in 2019, exited in May and has since become a part of Roc Nation’s management. As of the time of writing, Idina Menzel has also cut ties with him.
