The concert will be held at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque
Indie folk-pop sensation Ben&Ben is set to grace the stage at Ed Sheeran’s “+ – = ÷ x” concert in Manila on March 9, 2024.
Announcing their upcoming performance on Instagram, the band shared (published as is), “Ma, special guest na kami ni Ed Sheeran sa concert niya. [P]arang dati lang, nagcocover lang kami ng ‘perfect’ sa Youtube. Never in our wildest dreams did we think this could happen. Surreal.”
The band is comprised of twin brothers Miguel Benjamin and Paolo Benjamin, along with Poch Barretto, Keifer Cabugao, Andrew De Pano, Toni Munoz, Pat Lasaten, Agnes Reoma, and Jam Villanueva.
Ben&Ben has captivated audiences with their greatest hits like “Pagtingin,” “Araw Araw,” “Panindigan Kita,” and “Maybe The Night.”
Ben&Ben has won several awards throughout the years such as an Asia Artist Award, an Aliw Award, an NME Award, 2 Myx Music Awards, and a total of 16 Awit Awards.
Ben&Ben’s music will also be featured in the PETA’s musical adaptation of the 2007 Star Cinema movie “One More Chance.”
English singer and songwriter Calum Scott will also be joining Ben&Ben on stage at Ed Sheeran’s concert.
Tickets for Ed Sheeran’s Manila concert are now available at SM Tickets outlets, with prices ranging from 20,500 PHP for CAT1 Reserved Seating to 1,500 PHP for CAT 8 Standing, plus applicable charges. To meet the overwhelming demand, additional seats, including a new General Admission (CAT 8) Section, have been added.
