BLACKPINK’s agency, YG Entertaiment, swiftly commented and confirmed the news
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Korean actor Ahn Bo Hyun have officially parted ways. This news comes after the two artists confirmed their relationship status almost three months ago.
An industry representative reported that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun’s busy schedules naturally led to the distancing of their relationship, eventually resulting in their recent breakup.
BLACKPINK’s agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed this development, stating, “It is true that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun broke up.”
In August, their romantic involvement became public knowledge when YG Entertainment, following an initial report by a Korean media outlet, confirmed their relationship.
During the reveal, the agency shared, “Jisoo and Ahn are in a stage where they are getting to know each other slowly with good feelings. We would appreciate if you could watch the couple with a warm gaze.” YG Entertainment also asked that fans respect their privacy as they embarked on their romantic journey.

Ahn Bo Hyun is best known for his roles in Korean series like “Yumi’s Cells,” “Itaewon Class,” and “See You in My 19th Life.”
Meanwhile, Jisoo began her journey as a member of the renowned K-pop girl group BLACKPINK in 2016. She later ventured into solo music, debuting with the EP “ME” in March.
Beyond her music career, Jisoo has made inroads into acting. Her acting debut came with a cameo role in the 2015 series “The Producers.” She achieved her first leading role in the 2021 drama “Snowdrop.”
