“Gimik” fans are looking forward to a reunion project!
‘90s kids went into a frenzy as the stars of the ABS-CBN youth-oriented series “Gimik” are together again after many years.
In a post on X by netizen @love_marvinjay, some cast members of “Gimik” were seen bonding: Judy Ann Santos, Mylene Dizon, Dominic Ochoa, and the love team of Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin.
The nine-second clip shows Marvin giving Jolina a box of his cookware line.
Jolina then started jumping with joy, with Judy Ann, Mylene, and Dominic smiling as they watched her.
It was not clear when the reunion happened, since the uploader only captioned the post, “Hala!!! Gimik reunion ba ito?? Kailan to nangyare??? Huhu”

It is one of the rare times when the “Gimik” cast was seen reuniting decades after the show wrapped up.
The Kapamilya youth-oriented show, which also showcased G Toengi, Diether Ocampo, Kaye Abad, Patrick Garcia, Bojo Molina, and the late Rico Yan, ran from 1996 to 1999.
There were a few occasions when the group would reunite at parties and specials, including the
movie “Gimik The Reunion” in 1999 and in the five-episode reunion TV show “Gimik 2010.”
Judy Ann, Mylene, and Jolina are also known to be very good friends even after the show. Judy Ann and Mylene even surprised Jolina in one of her birthday celebrations in “Magandang Buhay.”
At press time, fans of the original “Gimik” are still looking forward to seeing them in a reunion project.
