These ten women symbolize power, intelligence, and beauty!
GMA-7’s talent management arm Sparkle GMA Artist Center has unveiled a new, all-female collective called Sparkle 10—a curated roster of modern Filipinas who represent empowerment, intelligence, and beauty.
Sparkle’s bid to spark meaningful conversations on womanhood has prompted them to hand-pick ten women—all graceful, fierce, and symbolic of a diverse female-centered background and experience.
Here they are:
Angel Guardian

The 25-year-old ultimate manic-pixie dream girl of Sparkle, Angel, is set to break the ceiling further after securing the role of Deia for the “Encantadia” spin-off, “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre.” She will banner the upcoming series with other artists, Bianca Umali, Faith Da Silva, and Kelvin Miranda.
Prior to this, Angel has already made quite an impression in some of GMA-7’s shows such as “Heartful Cafe,” “Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters,” and “Pepito Manaloto: Ang Unang Kwento.” Ultimately, she was hailed as the first winner of “Running Man Philippines.”

Ashley Ortega

25-year-old Ashley is aptly called the Ice Princess of the group for she is a renowned figure skater. With her adequate acting experience in “Hearts on Ice,” “Widows’ Web,” “Sahaya” and many more, she is ready to take on a more intense acting role in GMA-7’s upcoming period drama “Pulang Araw.”
Elle Villanueva

Elle, 27 years old, is recognized as the Most Promising TV Actress of this generation during the recently held Diamond Excellence Award.
Elle is considered as one true representation of the morena girls for her striking, sultry look. Her sensual appeal—made more evident in “Return To Paradise” and “Tadhana”—has made her one of the feisty and alluring leading ladies of GMA-7. Lastly, she effortlessly put a new meaning on versatility after her stellar performance in “Voltes V: Legacy” and “Hearts On Ice.”
She now headlines the Afternoon Prime series “Makiling.”

Faith Da Silva

Faith, 22 years old, also stands as one of GMA-7’s promising stars today; and such a claim can be attributed to several reasons. For one, her acting prowess is truly undeniable, especially in “Mga Lihim Ni Urduja,” “Sahaya,” and “Las Hermanas.”
More than that, Faith also has tried her other hand on hosting—as seen in the noontime variety show “TiktoClock.” Now, her experience will culminate in one of the biggest roles she will ever undertake: Flamarra of “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre.”
Kate Valdez

Kate Valdez’s acting experience—established since 2015—has made her one of the most well-kept gems of Sparkle. The multifaceted artist known for her roles in “Encantadia,” “Onanay,” “Unica Hija” and many more is gearing up for another year full of milestones, success, and breakthroughs as she joins the Sparkle 10.
Kate headlines the upcoming Philippine adaptation of the Korean drama series “Shining Inheritance.“
Lexi Gonzales

Lexi—at a young age of 22—has already expanded her industry experience with quite a number of participations in different shows. She was first known as the First Princess of “StarStruck” season 7.
“Love you Stranger,” “Happy TogetHer,” and “Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko: Sa Ilalim ng Buwan” may have been true attestations of her versatility, but she proves her multi-hyphenate status even more by also knowing how to sing, dance, and host.
In 2023, she received her biggest break yet when she headlined the afternoon series “Underage.” Now, she’s busy with the second season of “Running Man Philippines.”
Lianne Valentin

Liezel has established herself as one of the kontrabidas of GMA-7. This is owed mostly to her feisty roles in “Kara Mia,” “Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat,” and “Voltes V: Legacy.”
As she builds her way more to the top, she is able to land a role in the newest Kapuso show “Asawa Ng Asawa Ko.” That and more, as she continues to captivate the audience with her sultry and enticing charisma.
Rabiya Mateo

Rabiya is in a league of her own—a beauty queen, an actress, and a host all at once. Winning the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 pageant has given Rabiya quite a few entryways to the industry and none was wasted, as she surprised everyone with her performances in “Makiling,” “Royal Blood,” “First Lady,” and “Makiling.”
Now, the platform is bigger and the opportunities are endless, as she makes it as one of the 10 women who represent grace and boldness.
Shuvee Etrata

Despite being a newcomer, Shuvee seems to have already known what it takes to be a star. The 22-year-old beauty’s humble beginnings in TikTok has propelled her as one of the promising stars of today.
Such is true as she does not disappoint in whatever task is given to her—be it hosting the 2023 Sparkle Spell Halloween Ball or being a mainstay of “Unang Hirit.”
What’s even more impressive is that she is able to place her name alongside the more established ones for the upcoming series “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre.” All that, she did with pure dedication and passion.
