Heart addresses Marian as the “Queen of Primetime!”
The distant wounds of the past have long been forgotten, as Heart Evangelista offers Marian Rivera warm regards on the latter’s return to GMA Prime via “My Guardian Alien.”
Heart and Marian’s renewed friendship have never been more evident following the fashion icon’s greetings through an Instagram video published on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Heart begins, “It gives me so much pleasure to congratulate you, Madame Marian because finally, after many many years, you are back where you belong—on GMA Prime.”
The bit is then followed by a scene from “My Guardian Alien” wherein Marian can be seen dancing rather awkwardly for one of the show’s scenes.
Heart continues, “From my heart to yours, congratulations and welcome back, Queen of Primetime.”
As a response, Marian left a warm, “Awwww @iamhearte [kiss emoji]”
“My Guardian Alien” marks Marian’s return to doing primetime series on GMA-7. The show, which will start airing on April 1, 2024 follows the actress’s previous Primetime series “Super Ma’am” in 2018.
During the media conference of “My Guardian Alien” on March 21, 2024, Marian says that project was agreed upon since she wanted to do a series that would serve the interest of her kids—Zia and Ziggy.
She says, “Kasi gusto ko gumawa ng isang serye na kayang panoorin ng mga anak ko at magiging proud ako. Sabi ko nga, ito na yung time siguro na moment sa buhay ko na sa tuwing may gagawin ako, gusto kong maging proud yung mga anak ko.”
Marian is set to headline the series among other cast members such as Gabby Concepcion, Raphael Landicho, Max Collins, Gabby Eigenmann, and Kiray Celis among others.

Heart Evangelista and Marian Rivera’s alleged feud
There has been a lot of tittle-tattle about Marian and Heart’s friendship—particularly on why they grew indifferent toward each other after their film “Temptation Island” in 2011.
Over the years since then, it was only in October 2023 when the two A-list celebrity’s friendship made their way back to positive paths.

At that time, netizens noticed that the two of them have been following each other on Instagram—followed by some friendly interactions on the platform.
In November 2023, Heart says in an interview with GMA News that Marian had initiated their reconciliation. As for her, Marian has reached out to some of their mutual friends to redeem their lost ties.
