Filming for the project is reportedly ongoing since last December
Korean stars Lee Min Ho, Ahn Hyo Seop, and Jisoo from BLACKPINK are gearing up to headline an upcoming fantasy film titled “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.”

According to a Naver report translated by Soompi, the trio is set to take the lead roles in the upcoming fantasy movie.
The storyline revolves around Kim Dok Ja (Ahn Hyo Seop), who unexpectedly finds himself immersed in the world of his favorite web novel, featuring Yoo Joong Hyuk as the central character.
The upcoming film is based on a web novel with the same title that also became a webtoon.

Marking his debut in films, Ahn Hyo Seop will portray Kim Dok Ja, the sole person aware of the ending of the web novel “Three Ways to Survive in a Ruined World.”
A regular office worker, Kim Dok Ja becomes entangled in Yoo Joong Hyuk’s story, emerging as the only individual to complete reading the web novel.
Lee Min-ho will step into the shoes of Yoo Joong Hyuk, a character originating from a fictional web novel avidly consumed by Kim Dok Ja. Yoo Joong Hyuk, endowed with good looks and formidable fighting skills, experiences repeated life restarts after each demise, surviving in a crumbling world.
Jisoo will play the role of Lee Ji Hye, a robust character providing crucial support to Yoo Joong Hyuk through numerous challenging situations. The project will also be Jisoo’s movie debut.
Aside from the three Korean superstars, the cast also features Shin Seung Ho, Nana, Park Ho San, and Choi Young Joon.
Kim Byung Woo directs “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” with Realis Pictures as its producer. The production company is known for the popular “Along with The Gods” movie series.
Filming has reportedly started in December 2023, with no target end date announced as of press time.
