Mark Herras Admits Being Unhappy With His Career

Mark sheds light on the truth about his debt issue with Lolit Solis

“StarStruck” 1 Ultimate Male Survivor Mark Herras admitted that he is not happy with the current state of his career.

Even then, he still appreciates the opportunities he receives from his mother network, GMA-7.

Mark shared this in an interview with entertainment reporter Ogie Diaz on his YouTube channel.

Mark said, “Itong nangyayari sa akin ngayon? Siyempre hindi.”

But then, Mark prefers not to dwell on past decisions that may have impacted his career negatively. Instead, he wants to focus on the opportunities that lie ahead.

What’s happening with my career now, ayokong sinisisi sa mga tapos na,” the actor added.

Why Mark had to part ways with Lolit Solis

During the interview, Mark also talked about the reasons behind his decision to part ways with his former manager, Lolit Solis.

This stemmed from a past issue when Lolit revealed that Mark owed him P30,000.

Now, Mark has decided to shed light on the truth about the issue, saying that the debt was old and has already been paid.

He relates, “Si Nanay kasi, may mga ugali yan, e.

Mark’s wife is Sparkle artist Nicole Donessa, whom he worked with in the afternoon series “Bihag.”

According to Mark, he was not advised by Lolit that she would stir up an issue, which caught him and his wife’s family by surprise

Mark then decided to tell Lolit, “Nay, hindi na ‘to magwo-work sa akin, e.

Now, Mark’s priorities have shifted, as well as the gimmicks and opportunities that will come his way.

Ngayon kasi, parang nahihiya na ako. Parang iba ‘yung pakiramdam ko ngayon with them. I’m proud kung ano man mga na-experience ko before pero there are things like that, na hindi ko na pwedeng i-apply sakin kasi nga I have a family na.

How Mark views his future and biggest fear

Now, Mark remains optimistic and thankful for the work opportunities he still receives.

He told Ogie, “I’m still hoping na maging okay pa.

Mark also opened up about his biggest fear, which is not being able to provide for his family in the future due to a lack of work opportunities.

Kapag naiisip ko na, in like a month or two, baka pwedeng wala akong gawing trabaho. ‘Yung hindi mo na maibigay ‘yung dapat for them.

Now, Mark is part of the upcoming primetime series “Widows’ War” with Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana.
