Aspiring models and contestants of the reality series “SupermodelMe” have a new judge to impress: Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
On Instagram, “SupermodelMe” teased about the newcomer on the show, saying, “Guess who? Will the models impress her? It’s almost time to find out.”
Catriona also shared a teaser for the show, revealing the other personalities to expect in the upcoming season. Joining her are Cindy Bishop, Yu Tsai, Ase Wang, Hanli Hoefer, Monika Sta. Maria, and Dana Slosar.
The sixth season of “SupermodelMe” will be presented by Thai model Cindy Bishop, who also hosted seasons four to six of “Asia’s Next Top Model” (ASNTM). Other familiar faces from ASNTM are American photographer Yu Tsai, who was a judge for three seasons; Filipina model Monika Sta. Maria, a runner-up from cycle three; and Thai-American model Dana Slosar, the winner of cycle six.
“Supermodelme” features aspiring models of Asian heritage who go through different photo challenges and other tasks per episode. The upcoming season will feature 12 contestants from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The new season will premiere on AXN Asia on October 11, 2021.
