SB19 found another gold in “Gento!”
P-pop supergroup SB19’s newest music video for their latest song “Gento” has now been viewed over 1 million times.
Uploaded last Friday, May 19, 2023, on SB19’s official YouTube channel, the music video already has 1.6 million views as of this writing. It also landed as one of the top trending music videos on YouTube PH.
The music video shows the boys dancing in avant-garde pieces in what seemed to be a wastelande while evoking the same spunky confidence and showing off their signature individual talents.
“Gento” was written by John Paulo Nase, who also produced it with Joshua Daniel Nase and Simon Servida.
The track was mixed and mastered by Heo chan-goo of Knob Sound Korea.
SB19 and “PAGTATAG!”
SB19 members Ken, Justin, Josh, Pablo, and Stell released “Gento” ahead of their upcoming extended play titled “PAGTATAG!” which will be released on June 9, 2023.
The group is also gearing up for its second world tour to promote “PAGTATAG!” which will start with a two-night concert in Manila’s Araneta Coliseum on June 24 and 25, 2023.
They are set to perform in Canada and United States, and others.

July 29: Los Angeles, California

August 6: Washington, District of Columbia

The group said that the six-track EP is a follow-up to their earlier released “Pagsibol.”
“PAGTATAG!” is also described as SB19’s “most sonically adventurous release yet” and will “explore new genres and music styles that will surely excite fans.”
The group released its digital single “WYAT [Where You At]” in September 2022, and it has also embarked on a local and international tour.
Since the tour’s conclusion in December 2022, the members have been focusing on their solo activities, with Ken releasing the EP “COM.PLEX” under his solo stage name Felip, and Josh releasing the single “Wild Tonight.”
