Heads up, everyone! It’s Showtime queen Anne Curtis has officially landed in Manila with husband Erwan Heussaff and infant daughter Dahlia as of this February.
Celebrity chef Heussaff took to Instagram on February 10 to post a compilation video of their homecoming captioned “Melbourne to Manila and 6 days hotel quarantine done. 8 days of Home Isolation to go.”
In the short video, the new family can be seen travelling safely in an airplane, settling in their hotel, and getting swabbed as they continue their quarantine. There’s also the first few shots of young Dahlia in the Philippines as she plays and crawls around her hotel room.
Likewise, Curtis took to social media to post a sweet photo of her and Dahlia the following day. The caption read “Good Morning Philippines” accompanied by the mother-daughter pair overlooking a view of Manila.
Many celebrity friends commented on the posts to welcome back the famous couple. It’s Showtime co-host Jhong Hilario commented “Welcome back Anneskie, Erwan and Baby Dahlia!” while actress Bea Alonzo said “Ayan na! We missed you! Welcome back!”
The couple left the Philippines in December 2019 to temporarily settle in Melbourne, Australia for the remainder of Curtis’ pregnancy. Baby Dahlia was born shortly after in March 2020 and the family elected to extend their stay in Melbourne amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
As per Curtis, she left the Philippines to take a break from work and focus on her pregnancy. The noontime host also expressed her wish to stay close with mom, Carmen, at the time of Dahlia’s birth.
In celebration of Dahlia’s upcoming first birthday on March 2, Curtis has organized a fundraiser with UNICEF for disadvantaged children and mothers. The full amount raised will be personally matched by Curtis and donated to UNICEF. Have a look at the details here.
