Dubbed as an “Uberry Dreamy” treat, this seasonal cake is made up of delightful layers of ube chiffon generously loaded with real halaya and luscious ube mousse. The ube madness does not stop as it is finished with airy ube cream icing paired with its classic tandem—macapuno jelly strings.
Priced at Php699, the Ube Dream cake is a perfect treat for Mother’s Day on May 12, 2024. And as it draws near, may every child living their dreams pay backward the sacrifices their “dream-makers” have willingly made for them.
Goldilocks celebrates dream-makers
Dedicated to bringing closer family ties in every Filipino household, Goldilocks does not only offer hearty treats. Beyond the food it tastefully presents, the local bakeshop also champions familial love.
Putting the spotlight on mothers, it released the second installment of “Goldilocks Presents” titled “Sweet Surprise,” in an outright celebration of motherhood. The short film was helmed by Dan Villegas from the mind of Shai Advincula-Antonio.
For the sophomore installment, the story revolves around a certain Nicole and how she made Mother’s Day extra special for the mother figures in their household. It is now available on YouTube for free streaming.
