Abi’s nomination at the Webby Awards brings immense pride to the Philippines as it also highlights the richness of Filipino culinary tradition as well as Filipinos’ creativity.
Abi is popular for her delectable and innovative culinary creations, predominantly featuring the beloved Filipino dish, lumpia.
At press time, she has 3.3 million on TikTok, with her videos receiving over 1 billion views and 86 million likes. She received the TikTok Foodie Creator of the Year award in 2023.
Before being the internet’s “Lumpia Queen,” Abi was an HRIM student who utilized content creation as her practicum.
