The event will be graced by one of the people behind Pixar’s “Toy Story!”
The Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) will hold its largest digital marketing gathering in the Philippines, DigiCon 2023, from October 18-20.
IMMAP brings “Digimax” as this year’s theme, primarily focusing on different facets of digital entertainment, such as audio and video production, community, commerce, gaming, and Web3.
The three-day event at Marriott Hotel, Pasay City, will be led by a diverse set of keynote speakers immersed in the industry.
The roster includes co-funder of Agencio.io UK LTD Justin James, Founder and CEO of Simpleology Mark Joyner, and :award-winning filmmaker, director, and animator of Pixar Matthew Luhn.
In one of the talk previews shown during Digicon 2023’s media conference on August 30, Mr. Matthew teases participants about what he is set to impart during the event.
He says, “I am going to be sharing the principles of great storytelling not just for entertainment but also for business.
“How a great story can bridge the gap between heart and business to make stronger and better authentic connections with your teams, with your clients, with your audience.
“And also, how to be able to use storytelling to innovate, to be able to create, to be able to build great brands and companies.”

Matthew has been in the field of filmmaking for 30 years already. In the past, he has worked closely with the production of Pixar’s hits “Toy Story,” “Monsters Inc.,” “Finding Nemo,” and “Ratatouille.”
On top of the keynote speakers from the international scene, DigiCon 2023 will also bring event speakers from the Philippines. Some of them are experts in the field of gaming, commerce, entrepreneurship, educational technology, and many more.
Where to get tickets for DigiCon 2023?
Tickets are available for purchase on DigiCon’s official website.
For a 3-day event pass, tickets are available for Php 22,500. More so, participants are also given the option to purchase a 1-day event pass for Php 12,500.
Purchasing a 1-day pass will require attendees to select a particular day that fits their interests. Day 1 is dedicated for audio and video talks, while the second and third day will focus on community and commerce and gaming and Web3 respectively.
