Gal Gadot has given birth to his third daughter, which she named Daniella, the Israeli actress announced on her Instagram on early Tuesday morning.
“I couldn’t be more grateful and happy (and tired). We are all so excited to welcome Daniella into our family.” wrote the Wonder Woman star beneath her post which featured her husband, Israeli businessman Yaron Varsano, with their newborn and their two other daughters, Maya and Alma.
“I’m sending all of you love and health,” Gadot added.
It was last March when Gadot first shared the news that a third daughter is on the way, posting a photo on Instagram where her husband and kids are seen caressing the 36-year-old actress’ baby bump.
Then, the following month, Gadot served as the guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where she shared how she and Varsano, with whom she’s been married since 2008, revealed to their two daughters that another sister was coming. “At the beginning … we did a whole thing. We got them cupcakes and we got [a] cupcake for each member of the family, including the dog,” said Gadot. “And then there was one cupcake left and I told them, ‘Do you know who this cupcake belongs to?’ “
After Alma and Maya ran out of guesses, Gadot then proceeded to point to her stomach. This prompted her eldest Maya to “scream in dismay,” per People, but she eventually warmed up to the idea.
Amidst news of her pregnancy, Gadot has also made headlines by getting cast in the Netflix action-thriller Red Notice, where she stars alongside Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds. She has also been confirmed for an epic film on Cleopatra, where she will reunite with Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins. Last year, Forbes ranked her the third highest-paid actress in the world.
