Kristine Hermosa still gets excited whenever she sees a positive pregnancy test result!
Celebrity couple Kristine Hermosa and Oyo Boy Sotto are expecting their sixth child!
Kristine shared the news in a lengthy Instagram post today, February 19, 2024. Her post is a photo carousel showing first Oyo holding a gun from what seemed to be shot on a set of a project.
The next photo then shows an ultrasound result.

Kristine began her post by sharing how she did not doubt God’s faithfulness and admitted that she did not expect they would be blessed with children.
She then subtly announced that she is expecting when she wrote, “another one on the way.”
Kristine wrote (published as is), “I have never doubted Gods power and faithfulness in my life —- I may at times feel discouraged but I always have a strong sense of security that only God gives — I know He’s got our backs all the time.
“To be honest, I was hopeful but never really expected He would bless us with children.. like.. lots of them and another one on the way..”
Talking about her latest pregnancy, Kristine admitted to still “getting butterflies” every time she sees a positive pregnancy test result like it was the first time she’s pregnant.
“Funny as it may seem, but I still get those butterflies evertime I see double lines on the PT, kahit pa na ang dami na nila, parang laging 1st time.. ibat ibang level ng overwhelming emotions each stage of every pregnancy.
“[I]bang level din when you can already see and hear the heartbeat. Iba lang talaga ang peace and joy pag galing kay God.”
She even thought that their youngest child, Isaac, would be the last. But God has other plans for her and Oyo.
Kristine continued, “One thing’s for certain, we really cannot limit God’s power.. even how impossible it may seem —- God’s plans will always come into completion whether we like or not. [A]kala ko noon, last na si Isaac… ngayon, hindi ko na talaga alam kay God..
“I praise the Lord for whatever plan He has for me and my super growing family—- after all He is my creator, my Lord and saviour, my provider, my peace & joy, my eternal hope & ultimately my heavenly Father…
“I am His. He definitely knows best and I know how much He loves me and you. Keep on believing!”
Prior to Kristine’s latest pregnancy, she and Oyo have already five children: Kristian Daniel, 15; Ondrea Bliss, 12; Kaleb Hanns, 9; Marvic Valentin, 7; and Vittorio Isaac, 2.

Celebrity friends of Kristine and Oyo sent their congratulatory messages on Kristine’s post.
One was Kristine’s “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas” co-star Kaye Abad, who seemed to be surprised with the news when she wrote, “[I]sa pa???? Hahaha! Congrats!!!!”
Other celebrities who commented on Kristine’s post are Maine Mendoza, Baron Geisler, Carla Abellana, Jason Abalos, Rodjun Cruz, Ara Mina, Mariel Rodriguez, Erika Padilla, Sugar Mercado, Joross Gamboa, Jenny Miller, and Kristine’s sister, Kathleen Hermosa.
Oyo also left a comment on Kristine’s post, saying, “Grabe naman yung picture ko dyan [laughing emojis]”
Kristine and Oyo got married in January 2011.
