Even unvaccinated folks can enjoy the amusement park’s outdoor amenities.
As the country continues to ease restrictions to help the economy recover, tourist destinations are starting to reopen including a beloved weekend spot in the south, Enchanted Kingdom, which will begin welcoming visitors again this Saturday, November 6.
Per IATF rules, the amusement park in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is reopening at 50% capacity on weekends to park guests between 18 to 65 years old. That means all amenities, including rides and attractions, food and merchandise outlets, restrooms and back-of-house facilities will only be operating at half-capacity.
Even unvaccinated guests can enjoy the theme park, though they would only be allowed into outdoor facilities. Visitors who wish to enter indoor amenities will be asked to present their vaccination cards.
Enchanted Kingdom also advises visitors to bring a photo ID as this may be required upon entry to validate their birth date.
Minimum health and safety protocols will also be implemented within premises, such as temperature checks at each attraction’s entrance, the accomplishment of health declaration forms, the mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields. Park administrators also enjoin guests to practice physical distancing and frequent hand-washing while inside.
Enchanted Kingdom’s Regular Day Pass, which includes unlimited admission to all of the park’s rides, is available for P999. Senior citizens and PWDs enjoy a special discounted rate of P688. They’re also selling the EKsperience the Magic Card which lets you enjoy two whole years of unlimited admission as well as special benefits, discounts, and invites to exclusive events, all for a special rate of P2,500.
The theme park is open on weekends from 11 AM to 7 PM on weekends, and 11 AM to 7 PM daily starting December 13 up to January 2, 2022.
Enchanted Kingdom recently celebrated its 26th anniversary with the theme “Life is Magical… Believe in Miracles.”
