Will it now be Team Fit instead of Team Payaman for Cong TV?
Social media personality and vlogger Cong TV turned to social media to share his progress with netizens during his month-long fitness journey.
Last October 5, 2023, the popular YouTuber shared new photos on Instagram to showcase the improvements he has undergone in the past 30 days.
He is noticeably more fit in the second photo, clearly illustrating the positive changes in his physique over one month.
“Nakakabilib kayang gawin ng isang buwan pag nag-decide ka talaga na may magbago,” he wrote in the caption.
Suggesting he will continue working out, Cong TV added: “Excited na ako para sa one year!! Shoutout sa coaches ko for this journey!”
Cong TV and fiance, Viy Cortez have been chronicling their journey through their widely followed YouTube vlogs.
Viy even playfully commented on Cong’s post saying, “Sarap mo.”
They are among the most famous content creators in the Philippines, with 10.7 million and 6.14 million subscribers, respectively. The couple recently celebrated the first birthday of their son Zeus Emmanuel, also known as Kidlat.
Viy’s post-partum weight-loss journey
Viy has also embarked on her weight-loss journey early this year, just a few months after giving birth to their son.
Recalling her post-pregnancy weight, she openly shared in a past interview, “Noong nanganak ako, umabot ata ako ng 98 [kilos] ata ako.”
After a few months, Viy shed 33 kilos, equivalent to 72.7 pounds. She was only a few kilos away from reaching her desired weight at that time before they walked down the aisle the following year.
“May goal kasi ako… ang goal ko sana, mga 55 kilos, ganyan. Nasa 65 pa ata ako ngayon.
“E, one year pa naman [bago] ang kasal. Sana makaya kong ma-achieve,” she said in the interview.
Just last month, Viy gave her followers a peek at her progress by combining her diet with a workout.
