Gerald Anderson mingles with Julia and his family at the backstage of the red carpet!
Gerald Anderson is one supportive boyfriend to Julia Barretto when he showed support for her latest endeavor.
Gerald attended the premiere night of Julia’s latest movie, “Ikaw Pa Rin Ang Pipiliin Ko,” where she is paired with Aga Muhlach.
The media were taking Julia’s photos at the photo wall of SM Megamall cinema’s standby area when Gerald arrived.
After her photos were taken, Julia immediately went to Gerald and held his hand. She even swayed his hands showing how happy she is with her boyfriend’s presence before they posed for pictures.

Later, Julia’s family also arrived, including her mom Marjorie Barretto and siblings Dani, Leon, and Erich.
Gerald also hugged Julia’s family and posed for a photo after their pleasantries.
Gerald and Julia’s relationship has been first publicized in 2021.
Recently, the two were rumored to have broken up but Julia has since denied this in her recent “Magandang Buhay” interview.
She said, “Hindi ko talaga alam kung saan nanggagaling but I’ll just take that as a compliment.”
According to Julia, it was just a choice to keep her relationship with Gerald lowkey.
“I guess we’re able to create that private bubble of ours na hindi na nila masyadong alam nangyayari sa partnership namin.
“I think it’s a conscious effort on our end… Siguro that’s why they think [we broke up].”
Meanwhile, Julia and Aga’s movie opens in theaters on February 7, 2024. It is produced by VIVA Films and directed by Denise O’Hara.
