Jisoo of BLACKPINK celebrated her birthday on January 3 by surprising her fans. She set off her fans’ notifications by posting her first-ever YouTube video!
The channel name translates directly as “Happiness Jisoo 103 percent,” which can also be interpreted as “happiness index 103 percent.”
Her video’s caption says that proceeds from the channel will be donated. “We hope that everyone’s happiness index goes up even higher,” says the BLACKPINK star.

Jisoo’s first video shows BLACKPINK’s recent tour stop in London, England. We see her strolling around the city with BLACKPINK’s Lisa.
“We get a day off in London today. I’m walking the streets of London for my day off. It’s already full of Christmas vibes here. So I’m going to take some pictures. I’ll take on the challenge!” says Jisoo.
She then shows viewers around the city while eating delicious cuisine, “This is my LONDON VLOG, but we’ve come to have Korean food.”
Jisoo went to many locations in London, such as Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. She also gives the viewers a behind-the-scenes look at her preparation for their concerts.
In less than 10 hours, her channel had gathered one million subscribers. The “London Vlog” received 2.4 million views in less than 12 hours.
A day before her birthday, YG Entertainment revealed that Jisoo would make her solo debut this year. She is the final BLACKPINK member to debut solo music, and it has been coming long.
