“Sobrang awkward dahil lahat kami artista,” says Kylie
Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla has begged her fans to quit tagging her in any photo that involves estranged husband Aljur Abrenica and current girlfriend AJ Raval.

The “Encantadia” lead has published on X (formerly Twitter) her sentiment about it, saying that the constant linking of her name with her late romance was tiring.
Her now-deleted tweet reads: “Love you guys but please stop tagging me on my ex’s and his gf’s post. Honestly, kapagod yung narrative. Please lang. Thank you.”
In a response to one X user, Kylie then assures that she’s doing well. However, she points out that she is living her life and does not want to know her ex’s business with anyone.
“Actually im really ok. Lol may sarisarilli na kaming buhay nakakatawa lng. I dont need to know what my ex is doing just like anyone who has an ex LOL (laughing emoji) sobrang awkward dahil lahat kami artista,“ she responds.
Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica’s late romance
Aljur and Kylie wed in 2018, with rumors of their separation started boiling up three years later.
They have two sons, Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo.
In 2021, it was then confirmed that the two had parted ways through a confession of Kylie’s father Robin Padilla. According to him, Kylie and Aljur fell out of love over infidelity.
“Meron daw, e. E, imposible ba yun? Hindi naman imposible yun. E, lalaki ‘yan,” Robin says in what came as his admission of Aljur’s disloyalty.

On Valentine’s day of 2023, just two years after the split, Aljur and AJ then publicized their relationship on Instagram, which then garnered a relatively diplomatic and measured reaction from Kylie.
During the press conference for “Mga Lihim ni Urduja,” Kylie said she’s “happy for everyone.”
“We all went through some sort of depression during the pandemic. Just being happy is a blessing. No joke, I’m just happy that everyone’s finding happiness.”
Subsequently, Kylie brought her mental undertakings to Instagram in July, wherein she opened up about her struggles after her marriage.
As for her, she’s “been stuck in a fight-or-flight” since her “very public” parting from his ex. But while that is the case, she and Aljur are still on good terms.
“Frankly, that whole ordeal was so embarrassing and might I say traumatizing,” she adds, while also emphasizing her will to see herself through it.
